Ninety minutes on keeping a Bambu Lab printer running: what to lubricate and with what, how to tell a belt is loose before it ruins a print, and the handful of repairs that cover most of what goes wrong. We work on shop printers, so you do not need to bring yours.
What we cover
- The maintenance schedule — what is worth doing every 100 hours, every 500, and once a year, and what you can safely leave alone.
- Oil and grease — which surfaces take a light oil, which take grease, and which take nothing at all. The wrong one in the wrong place does more harm than leaving it dry.
- Belt tension — what a loose belt looks like in a finished print, how to check tension by hand and by ear, and how to adjust it without over-tightening.
- Nozzles and hotends — telling a real clog from a bad first layer, cold pulls, and a full nozzle change start to finish.
- The feed path — cleaning the extruder drive gear, the filament cutter, PTFE tubing, and the usual causes of an AMS feed fault.
- The plate and the first layer — plate care and cleaning, what upsets auto bed leveling, and how to reset it properly.
- Knowing when to stop — which failures are a cheap part and which are a warranty claim.

A single 90-minute session on Bambu Studio — the basics, start to finish.
It is about the slicer settings themselves and what each one actually does to a print:
- Supports — what an overhang needs, and what it costs you in cleanup.
- Brim — holding down a part that would otherwise lift off the plate.
- Cut — splitting a model that is too big, or that prints better in pieces.
- Clone — filling a plate with copies instead of running the same print over and over.
Those are a sample rather than the whole session; bring the settings that have been confusing you and we will go through them.
Bring: nothing required — we provide a clipboard and a handout. A laptop with Bambu Studio is optional and makes it easier to follow along, and bring a notebook if you like to take your own notes.

I’ve never done this before. Is that OK?
Yes — that’s who these are for. They’re beginner-friendly and taught in plain English, in a small group, so there’s room to stop and ask the question you actually have.
Do I need to bring a printer or a laptop?
You don’t need to bring a printer. If there’s anything else worth bringing, the class description says so — check the class you’re booking above.
How do I pay?
Booking holds your seat and we email you a payment link. Your seat is confirmed once it’s paid, so it’s worth doing straight away — seats are limited and a held seat isn’t a kept one.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your class and we’ll refund you in full, or move you to another date — your choice. Inside 24 hours we’ll put what you paid toward a future class instead.
Can I book more than one seat?
Yes — use “Add another person” on the form and give us each name. Everyone goes on the same date, on one invoice you can settle in one go. For a group larger than 8, call the store on 385-446-1860.
What if the date I want is full?
Only dates that still have seats are listed, so if a date isn’t there any more, it filled. Call 385-446-1860 and we’ll tell you when the next one runs.
