The Forgely
Way.
We believe great 3D printing should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to deliver professional-quality materials at honest prices.
Forgely started in a small workshop where we got tired of inconsistent filament ruining our prints. We wanted materials that actually work the way they're supposed to.
Today, thousands of makers trust Forgely for their projects. Every spool is manufactured with care and tested for quality.

Trusted by
Makers Worldwide.
From a garage of printers to two storefronts.
What started as one maker fed up with unreliable filament grew into a print farm, a brand, and a place makers can walk into. Here's how Forgely came to be.
Interest in 3D printing is building
The obsession takes hold. Off-the-shelf filament keeps ruining prints — and the idea that it could be done better starts to form.
Tyler's Capstone
A multi-year engineering capstone project runs alongside everything else, turning hands-on printing into real technical rigor.
Etsy business started with 4 printers
The first storefront goes live. Four printers running in a small workshop, shipping prints to the first paying customers.
Ogden Farmers Market
Taking the work into the community — selling prints in person and learning firsthand what makers actually want.
Built the farm to 50 printers
Demand outgrows the workshop. The print farm scales more than tenfold to keep up with orders.
Opened the Roy store
A physical home base in Roy, Utah — a place makers can walk into for filament, printing, and repair.
Forgely was formed
It becomes a brand. Premium 3D printing filament engineered to ±0.02mm tolerance — filament that just works.
Opened warehouse in Ogden
Operations move up a gear with a dedicated Ogden warehouse — room to hold inventory, fulfill faster, and keep the farm running.
Filament manufacturing started
The loop closes. Forgely begins manufacturing its own filament — ±0.02mm tolerance, engineered in the USA, no middleman.
Murray store opened
A second storefront opens in Murray, extending the reach and bringing Forgely to more of the Utah maker community.
The story's still printing.
Engineered in the USA. Printed worldwide.
