ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3D Models and Designs:
You retain rights to your original designs
You grant us license to print and process your designs
You warrant that submitted designs don't infringe on others' rights
Forgely's Property:
Our website content, logos, and designs are our property
Unauthorized use is prohibited
We retain rights to any modifications made to customer designs
USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You agree not to submit:
Illegal or prohibited content
Intellectual property you don't own
Harmful or malicious content
Offensive or inappropriate material
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance
Prices are in USD and subject to change
Payment is required before production begins
We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
Custom orders are non-cancellable after approval
PRODUCT QUALITY AND WARRANTIES
We warrant that:
Products will meet specified dimensions within standard tolerances
Materials used will be as described
Workmanship will meet industry standards
We do not warrant:
Fitness for specific purposes
Color exact matching
Performance in specific applications
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Forgely's liability is limited to:
The purchase price of the ordered items
Replacement or refund for defective products

Consequential or indirect damages
Lost profits or business interruption
Damages exceeding purchase price
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Forgely against:

Violations of these Terms

PRIVACY AND DATA

Payment details
Usage data
Communication records
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue services
Change prices and features

Refuse service to anyone
TERMINATION
