How long does a repair take?

Most repairs finish in 1–3 business days. Simple fixes are often same-day; jobs that need ordered parts can take a little longer — we keep you posted.

Which printer brands do you repair?

All major brands — Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Elegoo, FlashForge, Voron, Sovol, and more, both FDM and resin.

Do I drop off in person or can I mail it in?

Either. Walk in to our Roy or Murray store during business hours, or choose mail-in when you book. Tell us what you prefer on the form and we’ll route it.

Will I have to keep coming back?

No — we'd rather teach you the fix than lock you into repeat visits. When you pick up, we walk you through what failed, what we changed, and how to keep it running. Questions are included.
