- Inspect AMS hub gears, PTFE tubes, and cutter blade. Replace worn blades and tubes.
- Hotend clog or grinding
- Cold pull, needle clear, or hotend replacement. Check for burnt filament in heatbreak.
- Nozzle wiper / silicone pad failure
- Replace front-mounted silicone wiper sock and purge chute.
- Vibration compensation / resonance issues
- Re-calibrate vibration compensation via Bambu Studio, check belt tension.
- Mainboard or toolhead board failure
