We want you to love your filament. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return
- Filament must be unopened and in original packaging (vacuum-sealed)
- Contact us to request a return — we'll provide a prepaid shipping label
Opened Filament
- If you opened the spool and the filament is defective (inconsistent diameter, contamination, poor layer adhesion, snapping), contact us with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the defective spool
- We cannot accept returns on opened, non-defective filament due to moisture sensitivity — once the vacuum seal is broken, we can't guarantee quality for resale
Damaged in Shipping
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We'll ship a replacement at no cost
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
- Original payment method will be credited within 3-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipping
- Once shipped, standard return policy applies
