We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Eligible Items: Non-customized standard products in original condition Damaged or defective items received Incorrect items received Non-Eligible Items: Custom-designed or made-to-order 3D prints Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by customer Digital files or design services Items marked as "Final Sale" RETURN TIMEFRAME Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order Items must be received by our facility within 14 days of return authorization CONDITION OF RETURNS Products must be in original, unused condition All original packaging must be included A return authorization number (RMA) is required REFUND PROCESS For Eligible Returns: Full refund of product cost Original shipping costs are non-refundable Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless: Item received was defective Wrong item was shipped Item arrived damaged Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return Credit will appear on your original payment method within 3-7 business days DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a defective item: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt Include clear photos of the defect We may offer replacement or refund at our discretion CANCELLATIONS Orders can be cancelled before printing begins Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted Custom orders cannot be cancelled once approved EXCEPTIONS For Business Customers: Bulk orders may have specific return terms outlined in your agreement Volume discounts may affect refund amounts HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Email support@forgely3d.com with: Order number Photos of the item Reason for return Wait for return authorization (RMA) Ship item to: Forgely Returns 5519 S 1900 W Roy, Utah QUALITY GUARANTEE We stand behind our products.
