PROCESSING TIMES
Standard Orders:
Processing time: 2-5 business days
This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
Large or complex orders may require additional processing time
Custom Orders:
Processing times vary based on complexity
Estimated completion time provided upon order confirmation
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee

Domestic Shipping (United States):
Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Available at our Roy, Utah location

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damaged package and contents
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement or refund will be processed after review
Lost packages:
Domestic packages considered lost after 14 days
Claims process will begin after this period
Replacement or refund issued once claim is verified

Customer responsible for providing correct shipping address
Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees
