My print failed and I think it was the spool. What now?
Send us the lot number and a photo. We replace bad spools and feed the data back to QC.
Email sales@forgely3d.com with the lot number (printed on the carton), a photo of the print, and your slicer settings. We'll send a replacement and feed the lot back to QC. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers spools that don't perform.
